THE PURPOSE OF THIS PAPER IS TO OBTAIN THE FREE PARTICLE SOLUTIONS OF BHABBA EQUATION FOR A PARTICLE WITH TWO DIFFERENTE STATES OF MASS AND SPIN. OF THE TWELVE INDEPENDENT SOLUTIONS, FOUR CORRESPOND TO STATES OF SPIN 1/2, AND EIGHT CORRESPON TO STATES OF SPIN 3/2. THE 20 COMPONENTS SOLUTIONS ARE EXPRESSED AS FIVE VECTORS AND EACH COMPONENT OF THESE VECTORS ARE LINEAR COMBINATIONS OF FREE PARTICLE SOLUTIONS OF DIRAC EQUATION.
