dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se analizó una colección de restos óseos, de un grupo de chinos inmigrantes a Cuba, que arribo en el año de 1847, con el propósito de estudiar la bilateralidad del hueso coxal, en 11 mediciones alométricas. Los resultados muestran que no hay diferencias marcadas entre ambos lados del cuerpo de este grupo.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe Museo Antropológico Montané of the Facultad de Biología in the University of Havana has a collection of skeletal material of chinese inmigrants to Cuba. The iliac bones of these skeletons has been studied. These bones do not show a significant difference in the vertical and horizontal diameters of the acetabulum that is present in other series. Several of the measurements that defined anatomical regions of the bone where shown to have allometric relations among them.en-US
