RECIENTEMENTE EL MUNICIPIO MEXICANO SE HA VUELTO OBJETO DE ESTUDIO ACADÉMICO Y SUJETO DE LAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS. A PESAR DEL RENOVADO INTERÉS EN LA CÉLULA BÁSICA DEL ESTADO MEXICANO, LA HETEROGENEIDAD QUE CARACTERIZA A LOS MUNICIPIOS NO HA SIDO SUFICIENTEMENTE ESTUDIADA. CON EL PROPÓSITO DE APORTAR ELEMENTOS PARA EL MEJOR CONOCIMIENTO DE LA PROBLEMÁTICA MUNICIPAL, EN ESTE ARTÍCULO SE HACE UN ANÁLISIS DETALLADO DE LA ESTRUCTURA FINANCIERA DEL ERARIO MUNICIPAL DEL ESTADO DE MORELOS, EN EL CUAL SE MUESTRA LA NECESIDAD DE SEGUIR PROFUNDIZANDO EN EL CONOCIMIENTO DE LOS FACTORES QUE REALMENTE INFLUYEN EN EL EJERCICIO DEL PODER EN ESTE ORDEN DE GOBIERNO.Disponível em Inglês, Espanhol e Francês.Mexican municipalities have recently become the object of academic study and the subject of public policies. Despite renewed interest in the  basic cell of the Mexican state, the heterogeneity that characterizes the municipalities has not been sufficiently studied. In  order to provide elements for a better knowledge of the problem of  municipalities, this article carries out a detailed analysis of the financial  structure of the municipal treasury of the state of Morelos  and highlights the need to continue exploring the factors that really influence the exercise of power in this order of government.Dernièrement, la commune mexicaine est devenue l'objet d'études universitaires et le sujet des politiques publiques. Malgré le renouveau  d'intérêt pour la cellule de base de l'État mexicain,  l'hétérogénéité caractéristique des communes n'a pas été  suffisamment étudiée. Dans le but d'apporter des éléments permettant de mieux connaître la problématique municipale, le  présent article examine en détail la structure financière des  administratrions municipales de l'État de Morelos. Y est mis en lumière  le besoin de continuer à examiner en profondeur les facteurs  ayant une incidence sur l'exercice du pouvoir à ce niveau de  gouvernement.
