TO ESTIMATE THEM, WE APPLY THE NEW INDENTIFICATION PROCEDURE BASED ON ADAPTIVE MATRIX FORGETTING FACTOR (AMFF) INVOLVED INTO INSTRUMENTAL VARIABLES (LOCALLY OPTIMAL) CONTROL LAW, TO OBTAIN A GOOD TRACKING FOR A NOMINAL VECTOR PROCESS OF PULSE AND IMPULSE FUNCTIONS TYPE.
