dc.description.abstractThe present research was to propose as general objective, raising the theoretical foundation for planning at Quality Management System under ISO 9001-2008 Standard applicable to the administration and academic at Mechanical Engineering School at ESPOCH management. The study of the current state at academic unit (Mechanical Engineering School), is determined the failures and the time certain processes to be operated, once this information obtained proceed with the corresponding analysis results, allowing them to focus and give more emphasis on the weaknesses at school, without neglecting the others parameters established on Standard. After lifting the report is designed on the basis to ISO 9001-2008 Standard Quality Manual which consist the requirements demanded by the same and applied to the School such as: politics and quality goals, organizational structure, process map and responsibilities of each representative of organization. Complete this research, the Procedures Manual, fulfilling one of the requirements of the Standard as a backup to the Manual, in which the sequence of steps detailing the activities to be rewarded, the appointment of officials and functions, and additional way Procedures Manual control formats are proposed which aims to fill an adequate record of activities conducted within at School. This study seeks an application of the rules guarantee at Institution, the total satisfaction to customers (students), add in quality as priority at Education service.
