V/V) (SE-PROPGL) e 3) água:etanol:PEG 400 (70:30:10 V/V) (SE-PEG).
SE-PROPGL (0,2293±0,00715 CV% 3,12) e SE-PEG (0,2829±0,01102 CV% 3,90). The influence of different solvent systems on the extractive procedures from Calendula officinalis
L. Asteraceae flowers was investigated. Plant extracts were prepared with 1) water:ethanol (70:30 v/v) (SEEtOH);
2) water:ethanol:propilenoglicol (70:30:10 v/v) (SE-PROPGL) and 3) water:ethanol:PEG 400 (70:30:10
v/v) (SE-PEG). The physico-chemical properties of the extract, as well its TLC characterization were carried out.
Quantitation was performed by HPLC on a C18 columm with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-
water-phosphoric acid (17:83:0,5 v/v), using rutin as external standard. rutin calibration curve was linear (r 2
= 0,99976) and the flavonoid content showed the following results (%, w/w): SE-EtOH (0,2937±0,00657 CV%
2,24), SE-PROPGL (0,2293±0,00715 CV% 3,12) and SE-PEG (0,2829±0,01102 CV% 3,90).
