The dissertation is part of the Undergraduate Complementary Discipline (DCG), called
"The Teaching of Futsal via Moodle" - DEC 1030, within a Virtual Learning Environment
(AVA) for Distance Learning (EAD), together with the Physical Education course of the
Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) as a teaching experience in times of
pandemic COVID-19. The central proposal of the research aims to present the
protagonism of play playing in a virtual learning environment (Moodle), with emphasis
on unit 3 of the DCG, resignifying the didactic-pedagogical treatment of the contents
offered in the discipline. The methodology used is present in action-research focusing
on the practical aspect, which seeks through a specific action, involving sports
education, to solve a collective problem in a participatory and cooperative way. In this
sense, is it problematized to what extent it is possible to elaborate and implement a
didactic material, from a curricular unit, within a DCG, in the EAD modality, focusing
on playing for the teaching of Futsal? The data were collected from the activities
proposed for the unit in Moodle, through the analysis of the class plans developed and
the videos produced by the academics. What made it possible to consider that the play
playing, as part of the world of children, allows an expansion of the proposal and its
characteristics, theoretically presented, for use in technological environments. The
proposition raises the broadening of the debate, for the meeting of new procedures
and behaviors, at the moment when there is a resignification of content in distance
learning; leading to understandings and conceptions that pass through a constant
becoming of ambient experimentation. The epistemological suggestion that is subtle
in the development of the text, is linked to the structuring of the units, present in the
discipline, in the relation of the technological context with the sports contents and in
the junction of them, in order to establish a critical and autonomous positioning to the
structuring of sports content in the field of Physical Education.
