Resumen
This paper aims to show the development of a social entrepreneurship project, which came up from a conversation and the desire of support and boost the sale and consumption of products 100% made and/or cultivated by peasants hands or regions whose level life is being affected by various factors such as monopolized markets and intermediaries. For this, different market studies were carried out in order to analyze the viability of the project, market and potential niche, marketing strategies, and finally to carry out a sustainable financial plan.
