The present work is a requirement for approval in the Specialization Course in Teaching in Early Childhood Education and refers to pedagogical practices with babies in the nursery class where I work as a teacher. The objective was to organize the spaces and times, pedagógical practices in the nursery, guaranteeing the rights of babies. The methodology focuses on a qualitative research type action research in which I studied, analyzed and sought perform transformations and ruptures in my practice, in the nursery. It sought to carry out the dialogue of practice with babies from the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education, 2009, Opinion 20/2009, the document: Criteria for a Call In Child Care In Compliance With The Fundamental Rights Of Children and with the following theoretical frameworks: FOCHI (2013) FALK (2011), GOBBATO (2011), MALLMANN (2015), CAIRUGA, CASTRO, COSTA (2014), GOLSCHMIED, JACKSON (2013). I consider that made from the analysis of my practice be necessary practice reflection constant teaching for a professional of teaching with babies that assures a public education quality based on rights of interact and play of children.
