dc.description.abstractSocial networks play an important role in the lives of people and organizations and in the context of COVID-19 have allowed not only communication between people but also for the development of the activities of organizations. Social networks can be used for educational or socialization purposes. The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of social networks according to the perception of 892 undergraduates from a private university. The results of the study show that the most used social networks are WhatsApp and Facebook and are used both for educational and social purposes.
