This paper presents a scheme of wireless measurement of excreted Albumin through the deployment of a nano spring whose expected role is the sending of signals from the electrical interaction between the nano device and the excreted Albumin at the area of renal glomerulus. A theory emphasizing the signals at the range of THz as expected at the Internet of Bio-nano Things was developed. The simulated cases of excretion would be indicating the potential complexity at the composition of excreted compounds because might be containing other types of proteins so that the reading of AER might be also contemplating errors due to the presence of other type of proteins also under excretion.
