The present research work proposes a business model for a Shared Services Center (SSC) for the company Fernando Jiménez García (FJG). This model will enable its business units and associated enterprises to maximize their resources, reduce costs, and obtain timely and high-quality support information. In formulating the business model proposal, the key support areas that companies are currently outsourcing through third-party providers or service centers were considered. The areas with the most significant impact were identified based on the input from individuals who are currently involved in these processes or are responsible for them. The strategy employed for developing the project is the Osterwalder’s Canvas model, which consists of nine modules subsequently represented on a Canvas. This visual representation allows for a clear and comprehensive understanding of the key aspects of the model.
