dc.descriptionEn torno al Barrio Carlos Mugica circulan múltiples discursos y sentidos que han variado en el tiempo. Los medios de comunicación y, principalmente, el Estado, aportan a la construcción de representaciones colectivas ligadas a este territorio, sus habitantes y las prácticas allí desarrolladas. Este trabajo analiza los modos en que el discurso del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, bajo la gestión de Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, representa al Barrio Mugica en el contexto de su urbanización (2016-2017), considerando las alteridades históricas y fronteras simbólicas que éste construye.
dc.descriptionAround Barrio Carlos Mugica circulates multiple discourses and senses that have varied along time. The media, and especially the State, contribute to the construction of collective representations linked to this territory, its inhabitants and the practices developed there. This work analyzes the ways in which the discourse of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, under the management of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, represents this neighborhood in the context of its urbanization (2016-2017), considering the historical alterities and symbolic boundaries that it constructs.
