| dc.description | En el presente trabajo, se comenzará con una introducción respecto al Enfoque de Derechos, para poder situar a la salud como un derecho humano fundamental, de qué manera las legislaciones nacionales y provinciales regulan el acceso a la salud, y la importancia de la planificación e implementación de políticas públicas que garanticen el efectivo acceso a derecho. Luego se abordará el concepto de “lo mental”, desde el punto de vista de la integralidad del sujeto a la hora de pensar la intervención profesional desde la Promoción de la salud. La reflexión final de este trabajo apuntará a tener en cuenta el rol del Psicólogo desde la Prevención y la Promoción de la salud en el área de los Derechos y desde el marco de la Ley Nacional de Salud Mental (Nº 26657). | |
| dc.description | This paper starts with an introduction to rights approach to place health as a fundamental human right. Also is analyzed how national and provincial legislation regulates access to Health and the importance of planning and implementation of public policies to ensure effective access to law. Then, the concept of “mental” will be addressed from the point of view of the integrity of the subject when thinking about professional intervention from the Health Promotion. The conclusion of this work points to consider the role of the psychologist from the Prevention and Health Promotion in the area of the Rights under the National Mental Health Law (N° 26657). | |
