dc.descriptionEl trabajo se propone indagar y sistematizar las iniciativas de cooperación científico-tecnológica con Brasil presentes en el Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (MINCYT) argentino entre 2019 y 2022, prestando atención a las distintas áreas de colaboración. En un contexto marcado por divergencias en las medidas científico-tecnológicas tomadas por cada país, las tensiones en la relación bilateral, la irrupción de la pandemia de COVID-19 y la persistencia de tendencias históricas y estructurales en la cooperación científico-tecnológica regional, se dieron reuniones y acciones en distintas áreas: salud, biotecnología, nanotecnología, tecnología nuclear, tecnología espacial, oceanografía, astronomía y astrofísica e inteligencia artificial. En términos generales, con sus alcances y limitaciones, se observó un relanzamiento, ampliación y dinamización de iniciativas de cooperación bilateral pre-existentes; asimismo, a partir de la irrupción de la pandemia, se incorporaron ciertas iniciativas específicas.
dc.descriptionThe work intends to investigate and systematize the scientific-technological cooperation initiatives with Brazil present in the Argentine Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MINCYT) between 2019 and 2022, paying attention to the different areas of collaboration. In a context marked by divergences in the scientific-technological measures taken by each country, tensions in the bilateral relationship, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the persistence of historical and structural trends of regional scientific-technological cooperation, meetings and actions were held in different areas: health, biotechnology, nanotechnology, nuclear technology, space technology, oceanography, astronomy and astrophysics and artificial intelligence. In general terms, with its scope and limitations, there was a relaunch, expansion and dynamization of pre-existing bilateral cooperation initiatives; likewise, since the outbreak of the pandemic, certain specific initiatives were incorporated.
