dc.descriptionEn el presente capítulo se planteó como problema indagar y explicar las características del Programa de Arquitectura, que permiten establecer elementos precisos para el logro de la excelencia académica, y la Investigación e Innovación en el contexto local. Su propósito es identificar las características claves del Programa. La primera, el factor identitario, el cual es la Arquitectura del Lugar y su relación con el Hábitat y el Diseño Arquitectónico, articulado a su vez a la Agenda 2030-ODS, como propósito misional, para el logro de la sostenibilidad en términos del territorio, la sociedad y la técnica. La segunda, la articulación del Programa con la Ciencia, la Tecnología, y la Innovación en los ejes prioritarios del Departamento. Esto se justifica a través de dos mecanismos, a saber: el primero, es el grupo de investigación Teoría e Historia de la Arquitectura y la Ciudad, que ha fomentado el estudio sobre los diversos aspectos de la Arquitectura en la región. El segundo, la capacidad instalada y el Recurso Humano para propiciar la enseñanza-aprendizaje, y lograr las competencias específicas de la disciplina en los estudiantes, en relación con el abordaje desde una perspectiva de Investigación. La metodología utilizada consiste en la revisión de documentación sobre las principales prácticas de Arquitectura, ilustrando obras actuales que derivan de la Arquitectura del Lugar y de su relación con el Hábitat, en el cual se construyen. Así como también la revisión de documentos en donde se plasma la relación del Programa con las dinámicas de Investigación. Como resultado, se estructura la Visión del Programa de Arquitectura con respecto a su factor identitario, y al peso que tiene la Investigación en el desarrollo de este y su respectiva articulación con los problemas del medio en el que se encuentra.
dc.descriptionIn this chapter, the problem of investigating and explaining the characteristics of the Architecture Program was raised, which makes it possible to establish precise elements for the achievement of academic excellence, and Research and Innovation in the local context. Its purpose is to identify the key characteristics of the Program. The first, the identity factor, which is the Architecture of the Place and its relation with the Habitat and the Architectural Design, articulated in turn to the 2030-ODS Agenda, as a missionary purpose, for the achievement of the sustainability in terms of territory , society and technique. The second, the articulation of the Program with Science, Technology, and Innovation in the priority areas of the Department. This is justified through two mechanisms, namely: the first is the research group Theory and History of Architecture and the City, which has fostered the study of the various aspects of Architecture in the region. The second, the installed capacity and the Human Resource to promote teaching-learning, and achieve the specific competences of the discipline in students, in relation to the approach from a research perspective. The methodology used is the review of documentation on the main architectural practices, illustrating current works that derive from the Architecture of the Site and its relationship with the Habitat, in which they are built. As well as the review of documents where the relationship of the Program with the research dynamics is expressed. As a result, the Vision of the Architecture Program is structured with respect to its identity factor, and the weight that the Research has in the development of this and its respective articulation with the problems of the environment in which it is located.
