dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: principal de este estudio fue determinar cómo los
factores asociados inciden en la automedicación con
azitromicina como tratamiento de COVID-19 en
establecimientos farmacéuticos del Rímac 2020. Materiales y
métodos: se utilizó la técnica de recopilación de datos
mediante una encuesta anónima estructurada con preguntas
cerradas Resultados: se obtuvieron utilizando el programa SPSS
24.0 IBM para Windows Microsoft, Excel, descriptivo
considerando la frecuencia de respuesta para cada ítem con
una población 56% femenina y 46% masculino con rango de 18
a 73 años. El 72.5% de sujetos de estudio adquirieron
medicamentos sin receta médica en establecimiento
farmacéutico del distrito del RIMAC. El 59.5% indico conocer el
riesgo del uso inadecuado del medicamento y 58.5% conocía
acerca de la resistencia antimicrobiana del consumo de
antibiótico si no lo requiere. La respuesta negativa es
predominante en los ítems 2, 3, 4, 7 y 8. Ante las preguntas si
tomaron azitromicina por prevención de la enfermedad COVID-
19 el 62.5% y un 60.5% indico que no tomo azitromicina ante
sospecha de padecer de la enfermedad COVID-19, En
comparación de un 39.5 % que si tomo azitromicina y un 30%
recomendó a un familiar el 35.5% que si compro en un
establecimiento farmacéutico. Conclusiones: Considerando los
factores observamos que el 72.5% si logra comprar
medicamentos sin receta médica y un 39.5% si tomo
azitromicina ante la sospecha de padecer la enfermedad de
COVID-19. | |
dc.description.abstract | Objective of this study was to determine how the associated
factors affect self-medication with azithromycin as a treatment for
COVID-19 in the pharmacies and pharmacies of the Rimac district in
2020. Materials and methods: the data collection technique was
used through a structured anonymous survey with closed questions
Results: they were obtained using the SPSS 24.0 IBM program for
Microsoft Windows, Excel, descriptive considering the response
