Influencia del “Programa apego seguro y emociones” en la inteligencia emocional en niños de tres años, en la I.E San José Obrero

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del programa de apego seguro y emociones en niños de tres años de la institución educativa San José Obrero - Marianistas, año 2022, siendo un trabajo experimental, con dos grupos. La población estaba constituida por dos aulas, el aula de 3 años “A” y el aula de 3 años “B” con un total de 44 niños, donde se trabajó con el aula experimental con 15 niños y grupo control 15 niños. Donde se aplicó como instrumento el “Test de apego e inteligencia emocional para niños de tres años” antes del programa y posteriormente se aplicó post test; para luego validar los resultados mediante la “t de Student”. Los resultados fueron satisfactorios ya que se vio un cambio y crecimiento en los niños del grupo experimental al cual se les aplicó el programa, teniendo un contraste según muestras independientes y relacionadas, en la comparación entre grupos de estudio en la fase previa al tratamiento (pretest) no hay diferencias estadísticamente significativas (t=.375; p>.05), en tanto, en la fase posterior al tratamiento (post test) las diferencias si son estadísticamente significativas (t=20.902; p<.01); en la comparación según fases de evaluación, se aprecia que en los participantes del grupo experimental las diferencias son estadísticamente significativas (t=-19.250; p<.01), mas no en los que formaron parte del grupo control (t=1.678; p>.05). Concluyendo que el haber desarrollado el programa de tratamiento con los menores partícipes del grupo experimental les benefició significativamente para que puedan estabilizar sus emociones.

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the secure attachment and emotions program in three-year-old children of the San José Obrero - Marianistas educational institution, year 2022, being an experimental work, with two groups. The population consisted of two classrooms, the 3-year-old classroom "A" and the 3-year-old classroom "B" with a total of 44 children, where we worked with the experimental classroom with 15 children and the control group with 15 children. The "Attachment and emotional intelligence test for three-year-old children" was applied as an instrument before the program and then the post-test was applied; the results were validated by means of the "Student's t-test". The results were satisfactory since a change and growth was seen in the children of the experimental group to which the program was applied, having a contrast according to independent and related samples, in the comparison between study groups in the pre-treatment phase (pretest) there are no statistically significant differences (t=.375; p>. 05), while in the post-treatment phase (post-test) the differences are statistically significant (t=20.902; p<.01); in the comparison according to evaluation phases, it can be seen that in the participants of the experimental group the differences are statistically significant (t=-19.250; p<.01), but not in those who were part of the control group (t=1.678; p>.05). We conclude that having developed the treatment program with the minor participants of the experimental group significantly benefited them in order to stabilize their emotions
