| dc.description | The entitled thesis: SATISFACTION LEVEL ON NURSING CARE IN MOTHERS
OF CHILDREN LESS THAN 5 YEARS OLD, CRED SERVICE, HUAROCONDO
HEALTH POST – CUSCO, 2019 , has as objective: To determine the level of
satisfaction of the mothers, on the nursing care in mothers of children under 5
years, in the service CRED, Post of Health of Huarocondo-Cusco, 2019.
Methodology: The research was descriptive, Transversal. The population
consisted of mothers attending the Huarocondo health post who met the criteria
of inclusion and exclusion. The sample size is 62 mothers.
The results:
General characteristics: 38,7% are between 18 and 25 years of age, 53,23%
have secondary education, 51,61% have 1 to 2 children, 46,8% reside in the
Population Center of Huarocondo, 91,94% are bilingual, 72,6% of mothers are
unpaid workers, 41,94% are cohabitants.
Level of satisfaction according to the dimensions: In the technical dimension,
69,4% of scientists have a low level of satisfaction. In the human dimension 50%
have a low level of satisfaction. In the environmental dimension 96,8% have a
low level of satisfaction. For data analysis it was processed using the SPSS
statistical package.
In conclusion: 82,3% of mothers with children under 5 years of age have a low
level of satisfaction about nursing care in the CRED service of the Huarocondo | |

ENFERMERÍA EN MADRES DE NIÑOS MENORES DE 5 AÑOS, SERVICIO
CRED, PUESTO DE SALUD HUAROCONDO – CUSCO, 2019¨, tuvo como
objetivo: Determinar el nivel de satisfacción de las madres, sobre la atención de
Enfermería en madres de niños menores a 5 años, en el servicio CRED, Puesto
de Salud de Huarocondo-Cusco, 2019.
Metodología: La investigación fue de tipo Descriptivo, Transversal. La población
estuvo constituida por las madres que acuden al puesto de salud de Huarocondo
que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El tamaño de la muestra
es de 62 madres.
Los resultados:
Características generales: El 38,7% tienen entre 18 a 25 años de edad, 53,23%
tiene nivel de instrucción secundaria, 51,61% tiene de 1 a 2 hijos, 46,8% reside
en el Centro Poblado de Huarocondo, 91,94% son bilingües, 72,6% de madres
no trabaja remuneradamente, 41,94% son convivientes.
Nivel de satisfacción según las dimensiones: En la dimensión técnica – científico
el 69,4% tiene bajo nivel de satisfacción. En la dimensión humana el 50% tiene
un bajo nivel de satisfacción. En la dimensión entorno el 96,8% tiene un bajo
nivel de satisfacción. Para el análisis de los datos se procesó utilizando el
paquete estadístico SPSS.
En conclusión: 82,3% de las madres de niños menores de 5 años, tiene un bajo
nivel de satisfacción sobre la atención de enfermería en el servicio de CRED del
puesto de salud de Huarocondo. | |
