| dc.description | In the present research work, an exhaustive analysis of the regulations and reality of the evaluations of access to the Public Teaching Career in Perú has been carried out. We have tried to identify the factors that affect not only the selection process but above all teachers right to work who eventually participate in this process, in the first thesis chapter has been descriptively established the problem, objectives and corresponding hypothesis; in the same way it has been specified the methodological approach given to the study. In chapter II he theorical bases have been developed in accordance with the study categories finally in chapter III we present the analysis and the investigation result. We reached to the conclusion that there are indeed deficit aspects in the regulations and in the access evaluation process to the public teaching career that effectively affect the teachers right to work who aspire to a designation denying them
the employment access right. | |
| dc.description | En el presente trabajo de investigación se ha realizado un exhaustivo análisis de la realidad de las evaluaciones de acceso a la Carrera Pública Magisterial en el Perú. Hemos tratado de identificar los factores que afectan no sólo al proceso de selección sino, sobre todo, al derecho al trabajo de todos los profesores que eventualmente participan en este proceso. Así, en el primer capítulo de la tesis se ha establecido descriptivamente el problema, los objetivos y la hipótesis correspondiente; de igual forma, se ha precisado el abordaje metodológico que se ha dado al estudio. En el capítulo II, se ha desarrollado las bases teóricas de conformidad con las categorías de estudio y finalmente en el capítulo III presentamos el análisis y los resultados de nuestra
investigación. La conclusión a la que arribamos es que efectivamente existen aspectos
deficitarios en la normativa y en el proceso de evaluación de acceso a la Carrera Pública
Magisterial que de manera efectiva afectan el derecho al trabajo de los maestros que aspiran a un nombramiento, denegándoles el derecho de acceso al empleo. | |
