| dc.description | Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de autoestima en internos de enfermería de la
Universidad de Ciencias y Humanidades,2020.
Materiales y métodos: Es un estudio cuantitativo, con metodología descriptivatransversal.
Se contó con la participación de 60 internos de enfermería de la
Universidad de Ciencias y Humanidades del IX y X semestre respectivamente.
La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento de recolección de datos fue
la Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg (EAR), compuesto por 10 ítems que están
agrupadas en dos dimensiones.
Resultados: En los resultados de autoestima en internos de enfermería, el 75%
(n=45) tuvieron nivel alto y 25% (n=15) tuvieron nivel medio, ninguno de los
participantes presentó nivel bajo. Respecto a sus dimensiones, en la dimensión
autoestima positiva, 90% (n=54) tuvieron nivel alto y 10% (n=6) tuvieron nivel
medio; en la dimensión autoestima negativa, 51,7% (n=31) tuvieron nivel bajo,
seguido con 46,7% (n=28) que tuvieron un nivel medio y 1,7% (n=1) con nivel
alto.
Conclusiones: Respecto al nivel de autoestima en internos de enfermería de la
Universidad de Ciencias y Humanidades predominó el nivel alto seguido del
medio, ningún interno presentó nivel bajo. | |

Humanidades University, 2020.
Materials and methods: This is a quantitative research, with a descriptive-crosssectional
methodology.
It
had
the
participation
of
60
nursing
interns
from
Ciencias
y
Humanidades University doing the IX and X semester respectively. The
technique used for this study was the survey and the data collection instrument
was the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSS), which consists of 10 items that are
grouped into two dimensions.
Results: Regarding the self-esteem results of nursing interns, 75% (n=45) had a
high level and 25% (n=15) had a medium level, none of the participants had a
low level. Concerning its dimensions, 90% (n=54) had a high level and 10% (n=6)
had a medium level in the positive self-esteem dimension and in the negative
self-esteem dimension, 51.7% (n=31) had a low level, followed by 46.7% (n=28)
who had a medium level and 1.7% (n=1) with a high level.
Conclusions: In conclusion, regarding the level of self-esteem in nursing interns
at Ciencias y Humanidades University, 2020, the high level predominated,
followed by the medium level; none of the interns presented low self -esteem. | |
