| dc.description | Expediente Penal N°239-1999 , materia de investigación Tenencia ilegal
de armas, proceso ordinario. Imputados Jaime Ccanto rivera y Wilber
Granados Ccanto, en agravio de Roberto Carlos Amaya Morales , proceso
ordinario.
Se les imputa a los procesados el ingreso sin permiso al domicilio del
denunciante Amaya, para realizar el delito de robo con posesión de arma.
En este proceso penal ordinario , tras la investigación y juico oral , en
primera instancia fallaron : condenando a los imputados por el delito de
tenencia ilegal de armas, proceso ordinario, a diez años de pena privativa
de libertad , fijando la cantidad de tres mil soles de reparación civil.
Los sentenciados interponen recurso de nulida, logrando en la Corte
Suprema de Justicia – Sala Penal Transitoria, la nulidad de la sentencia de
la Corte Superior, reformándola y absolviendo a los imputados. | |

process, to ten years of custodial sentence, setting the amount of three
thousand soles of civil repair. The sentenced persons file an appeal for
nullification, obtaining in the Supreme Court of Justice - Transitory Criminal
Chamber, the annulment of the judgment of the Superiro Court, reforming it
