| dc.description | Tesis intitulada; “RELATOS DE FAMILIARES DE PACIENTES INTOXICADOSCON ORGANOFOSFORADO EN EL PUESTO DE SALUD DE QUIÑOTACHUMBIVILCAS, CUSCO – 2021”, tuvo como objetivo: analizar los relatos de familiares de pacientes intoxicados con organofosforado en el Puesto de Salud de Quiñota, Chumbivilcas Cusco 2021, la metodología, tipo descriptivo –analítico de naturaleza cualitativo, muestreo por saturación.
Con relación a los resultados de las entrevistas el total de la mayoría son personas adultas de 30 – 40 años, jóvenes y niños menores con un rango de 11– 14 años y 16 – 18 años; referente en dimensión afectiva, hablan de una relación familiar en donde no hay mucha comunicación llegando a distanciarse con el tiempo. Referente a la dimensión social, la curiosidad en la comunidad es más fuerte que ayudar a un vecino que necesita el apoyo para continuar con sus vidas normalmente causando un sufrimiento como la reacción mental, física o emocional generándoles problemas psicológicos y cambios físicos, en niños menores suceden de forma ACCIDENTAL por el descuido de los familiares y vecinos al exponerlos al organofosforado que se encuentran al alcance generando problemas con la comunidad, en los adultos y jóvenes buscan o escapan de los problemas encontrando como alternativa el SUICIDIO. Sobre el testimonio de familiares de pacientes con intoxicación en la dimensión económica la mayoría de los casos no tienen un trabajo, sustentando a la familia con trabajo en agricultura y ganadería vendiendo sus verduras y ganados, no logrando cubrir sus necesidades. | |

INTOXICATED WHITH ORGANOPHOSPHORATE AF THE QUIÑOTA
HEALTH POST, CHUMBIVILCAS, CUSCO – 2021.”, Had as objective: to
analyze the reports of relatives of patients intoxicated with organophosphate in
the Quiñota Health Post 2021, Chumbivilcas, the methodology, descriptive –
analytical type of a qualitative nature, saturation sampling.
In relation to the results of the interviews, the majority of the total are adults
between 30 and 40 years, young people and minor children with a range of 11 –
14 years and 16 – 18 years; a reference in the affective dimension, they speak
of a family relationship where there is not much communication, becoming
distanced over time. Regarding the social dimension, curiosity in the community
is stronger than helping a neighbor who needs support to continue with their lives
normally causing suffering such as mental, physical or emotional reaction
generating psychological problems and physical changes, in younger children
they happen in an ACCIDENTAL way due to the neglect of relatives and
neighbors when exposing them to the organophosphate that are within reach,
generating problems with the community, in adults and young people they seek
or escape from problems finding SUICIDE as an alternative. Regarding the
testimony of relatives of patients with intoxication in the economic dimension,
most of the cases do not have a job, supporting the family with word in agriculture
and livestock, selling their vegetables and livestock, failing to meet their needs. | |
