dc.descriptionEl estudio titulado PERCEPCION DE LOS PACIENTES SOBRE EL CUIDADO DE ENFERMERA EN EL SERVICIO EMERGENCIA, (Hospital A.A.A. -EsSalud Chiclayo, 2017) tuvo como objetivo identificar la Percepción del paciente sobre el cuidado de Enfermería que se brinda en el servicio de Emergencia; investigación necesaria puesto que las conclusiones y recomendaciones, mejorarán la calidad del servicio prestado al paciente en función a su necesidad, bienestar, así como la satisfacción del profesional de enfermería, igualmente favoreció a la institución puesto que la mejorar del servicio, aportará en la percepción de los usuarios con respecto a la prestación que se otorga en los establecimientos de salud en forma general. El tipo de estudio corresponde a una investigación cuantitativa, bajo la metodología EBE. Formulando la pregunta clínica: ¿cuál es la percepción de los pacientes sobre los cuidados de enfermería en el servicio emergencias?. Es responsabilidad de la enfermera garantizar la calidad en la atención de los pacientes que acceden al servicio de emergencia pues son personas vulnerables y por ello necesitamos involucrarnos con su entorno, con sus dudas, sus miedos y sus temores. Es importante que el personal de enfermería realice una meditación sobre los valores, actitudes y conocimientos en cuanto a la satisfacción de la atención de enfermería, que, manifestando su agradecimiento con el servicio recibido durante su permanencia hospitalaria, reflejado en la estimación de la calidad.
dc.descriptionThe study titled PATIENT PERCEPTION OF NURSING CARE IN THE EMERGENCY SERVICE, (Hospital A.A.A. -EsSalud Chiclayo, 2017) aimed to identify the patient's Perception of the Nursing care provided in the Emergency service; necessary research since the conclusions and recommendations will improve the quality of the service provided to the patient based on their need, well-being, as well as the satisfaction of the nursing professional, it also favored the institution since improving the service will contribute to the perception of patients with respect to the services provided in health establishments in general. The type of study corresponds to quantitative research, under the EBE methodology. Formulating the clinical question: what is the patients' perception of nursing care in the emergency service? It is the nurse's responsibility to guarantee quality care for patients who enter the emergency service because they are vulnerable people and therefore we need to get involved with their environment, with their doubts, their fears and their fears. It is important that nursing staff meditate on the values, attitudes and knowledge regarding satisfaction with nursing care, which, expressing their gratitude for the service received during their hospital stay, is reflected in the estimation of quality.
