| dc.description | The present investigation had as a variable of study the systems of support to the administration, having like general objective the description of the systems of support to
the administration in the Regional Direction of Agriculture Cusco - 2018. Describing the systems of managerial information, systems of Decision support and executive information systems that support a diversity of decision-making responsibilities. The type of research corresponds to the basic, it was of a quantitative approach, of non experimental design and of descriptive scope, having as research instruments the surveys; which were applied to 25 managers of the Regional Office of Agriculture Cusco; for the consistency of the instrument used in the description of the information systems, the statistical technique “Cronbach's Alpha Internal Consistency Index“ was applied, which had a value of 0.959, for which the reliability of said instrument was established. Whose results in terms of management support systems in the Regional Bureau of Agriculture Cusco shows 32% that is not adequate, also 24% of managers indicate that it is inadequate, 24% of managers say it is appropriate, 16% of managers say that management support systems are totally inadequate and only 4% of managers consider management support systems fully adequate. | |
| dc.description | La presente investigación tuvo como variable de estudio a los sistemas de apoyo a la administración, teniendo como objetivo general la descripción de los sistemas de apoyo
a la administración en la Dirección Regional de Agricultura Cusco – 2018. Describiendo los sistemas de información gerencial, sistemas de apoyo a la toma de decisiones y los sistemas de información ejecutiva que apoyan una diversidad de responsabilidades relacionadas con la toma de decisiones. El tipo de investigación corresponde al básico, fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptivo, teniendo como instrumentos de investigación las encuestas; las cuales se aplicaron a 25 directivos de la Dirección Regional de Agricultura Cusco; para la consistencia del instrumento utilizado en la descripción de los sistemas de información se aplicó la técnica estadística “Índice de Consistencia Interna Alfa de Cronbach” la cual tuvo un valor de 0.959 por lo que se estableció la fiabilidad de dicho instrumento. Cuyos resultados en cuanto a los sistemas de apoyo a la administración en la Dirección Regional de Agricultura Cusco muestran un 32% que determina como poco adecuado, asimismo el 24% de los directivos indica que es inadecuado, 24% de los directivos afirma que es adecuado, un 16% de los directivos afirma que los sistemas de apoyo a la administración son totalmente inadecuados y únicamente un 4% de los directivos considera los sistemas de apoyo a la administración totalmente adecuado. | |
