| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló en el Área Administrativa Del Hospital Regional
Del Cusco-2020”, el objetivo fue conocer cómo es la ergonomía desde la percepción de los
trabajadores en el área administrativa; el enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, el alcance de
la investigación fue descriptivo, de diseño no experimental y se encuestó a 40 colaboradores de
los 75 que forman dicha área dada la coyuntura que está atravesando el mundo por la pandemia
del Covid-19. El procesamiento de los resultados se realizó con el software estadístico SPSS para
obtener frecuencias absolutas, relativas y promedios; la variable ergonomía obtuvo un promedio
de 3.19 lo que indica que es considerada como “regular”, tal como lo manifestaron el 60% de los
encuestados. La dimensión ergonomía geométrica, ambiental, temporal y organizacional
obtuvieron promedios de 2.97; 2.78; 3.39; y 3.51, considerándose las tres primeras como “regular”
y la última como “buena”; la ergonomía en el Área Administrativa del Hospital Regional del Cusco
se encuentra en un nivel regular. | |
| dc.description | The present research work was carried out in the Administrative Area of the Regional Hospital of
Cusco-2020 ”, the objective was to know how ergonomics is from the perception of workers in the
administrative area; he focus of the research is quantitative, the scope of the research was
descriptive, not experimental in design, and 40 collaborators were surveyed out of the 75 who form
this area, given the situation that the world is going through due to the Covid-19 pandemic . The
processing of the results was done with the SPSS statistical software to obtain absolute, relative
and average frequencies; he ergonomics variable obtained an average of 3.19, which indicates that
it is considered “regular”, as stated by 60% of the respondents. The geometric, environmental,
temporal and organizational ergonomics dimension obtained averages of 2.97; 2.78; 3.39; and
3.51, considering the first three as “regular“ and the last as “good”; ergonomics in the
