| dc.description | Esta investigación se sitúa en la Ciudad del Cusco y pretende evaluar la eficiencia del proceso
de filtración de la PTAP Santa Ana – Cusco, que abastece a una población de 124246 habitantes
este se ajuste con mayor detalle a lo establecido por el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones
(RNE) en la norma OS.020 Plantas de Tratamiento de Agua para Consumo Humano, para ello
estos valores fueron calculados de acuerdo con los datos de turbiedad del agua obtenidos antes
y después de los filtros.
Para determinar la eficiencia del proceso de filtración se tomaron en cuenta los datos de
turbiedad dentro, antes y a la salida de los filtros. Para poder tener más conocimiento del
proceso de filtración se utilizó documentos de la PTAP que fueron brindados por la EPS
SEDACUSCO S.A. Los meses elegidos fueron enero, febrero, marzo, abril, mayo y junio del
año 2019, año en el que se realizó la investigación, estos meses fueron representativos de
acuerdo con el estado meteorológico de la ciudad del Cusco.
Con los datos obtenidos de la planta se evalúa el porcentaje de eficiencia mediante la fórmula
de eficiencia proporcionada por el Reglamento de Sector de Agua Potable y Saneamiento
Básico RAS 2000 de la norma colombiana, estos resultados serán evaluados y comparados con
los parámetros proporcionados en la norma peruana OS.020 del Reglamento Nacional de
edificaciones.
El resultado de esta evaluación nos proporciona que, durante los meses con abundante
precipitación pluvial, la PTAP Santa Ana – Cusco no cumple con los parámetros establecidos
por la norma debido a que la turbiedad es abundante, por consecuencia la eficiencia del filtro
se reduce.
En conclusión, los valores obtenidos de eficiencia varían de acuerdo con el estado
meteorológico de la región del Cusco. | |
| dc.description | This research is located in the city of Cusco and aims to identify the efficiency of the filtration
process in the Treatment Plant of Santa Ana – Cusco, which fits in more detail to what is
established by the National Building Regulation (RNE) in the estándar OS.020 Water
Treatment Plants fot Human Comsumption, for this purpose these values were calculated
according to the turbity data obtained form the water before and after the filters.
To determinate the efficiency of the filtration process, turbity data whithin the filters were taken
into account, before entering the filters, when leaving the filters – befores entering the reservoir.
In order to have more knowledge of the operation and the filters operation and the filtration
process, the funcionality and operation documents the PTAP were used, which were provided
by the EPS SEDACUSCO. The months chosen within the investigation were representative
acconrding to the meteorological state of Cusco.
With the data obtained from the plant, the percentage of efficiency, that has been evaluated by
a formula provided by the regulation of the RAS 2000 Drinking wáter and Basic Sanitation
Sector Regulation, these results will be evaluated and compared with the parameters provided
in the OS.020 and the aforementioned RAS 2000.
The results of this evaluation provides us that, during the months with abundant rainfall, the
Santa Ana – Cusco PTAP does not meet the parameters established by the estándar bacause the
turbidity is abundant so the efficiency of the filter is reduced.
In conclusión, the values obtained from the data processing vary according to the
meteorological state of Cusco. | |
