| dc.description | This thesis has been carried out in the company COANSA S.A.C the Peru Ingenious S.A.C, whose establishment is located in the baños del inca - Cajamarca. Its main objective is to determine the relationship between social responsibility and the corporate image of the company COANSA S.A.C del Peru ingenious S.A.C, through its company in the city of Cajamarca, in 2021. In reviewing the problematic reality, the problem of research has been formulated: What is the relationship between social responsibility and the corporate image in the company? COANSA S.A.C. in the city of Cajamarca in 2021.
For this research an unknown population was used, which showed a sample of 385 workers that the company has. With the results obtained, and following the scientific method, the corresponding analysis and discussion has been carried out, reaching the reality that states: "The relationship between social responsibility and the corporate image is significant in the company" COANSA S.A.C del Peru Ingenious SAC” in the city of Cajamarca in the year 2021´´.
The correlation coefficient of Pearson, with value 0.902 and with value 0.00 Therefore, it has a direct (very good) and highly significant correlation for the corporate image and social responsibility for the company "COANSA S.A.C" S.A.C., in the city of Cajamarca. | |
| dc.description | La presente tesis se ha realizado en la empresa COANSA S.A.C DEL PERU INGENIEROS S.A.C, cuyo establecimiento se encuentra en Baños del inca – Cajamarca, siendo su principal objetivo ¨determinar la relación que existe entre la responsabilidad social y la imagen corporativa de la empresa COANSA S.A.C del Perú Ingenieros S.A.C, a través de su empresa en la ciudad de Cajamarca en el año 2021¨. Al revisar la realidad problemática, se ha formulado el problema de investigación:
Para esta investigación se usó una población desconocida, que arrojo una muestra 385 trabajadores con los que cuenta la empresa. Con los resultados obtenidos y siguiendo el método científico, se ha realizado el análisis y discusión correspondientes, llegando a demostrar la validez de la hipótesis que establece que: “La relación que existe entre la responsabilidad social y la imagen corporativa es significativa en la empresa “COANSA S.A.C del Perú ingenieros S.A.C” en la ciudad de Cajamarca en el año 2021¨.
El coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, con valor 0.902 y con p valor 0.00. Por tanto, se tiene una correlación (muy buena) directa y altamente significativa para la imagen corporativa y la responsabilidad social para la empresa “COANSA S.A.C” S.A.C., en la ciudad de Cajamarca. | |
