dc.description.abstract | Objetivo:
Determinar los factores de riesgo asociados al aborto en mujeres atendidas
en el Hospital Regional de Loreto. Enero –Junio 2022
Metodología
Investigación no experimental correlacional y de corte transversal ,
cuantitativa y retrospectiva. Se incluyeron 127 mujeres con diagnóstico de
aborto.
Resultados:
Los Factores de riesgo sociodemográficos identificados son: 47.2% tienen
edad entre 20 y 29 años, 64.6% Estado civil conviviente, 70.1% amas de
casa y 75.6 % de procedencia urbana.
Los Factores de riesgo ginecoobstétricos identificados son: el 92.1% Sin
Atención Prenatal, 63% son multigestas, 59.1% tenían 8 semanas o menos
de gestación y 43.3 % con 1 año de Periodo Intergenèsico.
Los Factores Clínicos identificados son: 3.9% con Infección Urinaria, 36.2%
con anemia y 57.5% con IMC anormal, predominando el sobrepeso con
41.7%.
Conclusión:
Se encontró asociación significativa del aborto con el estado civil (p=0.002),
la Atención Prenatal (P=0.005), Periodo Intergenésico (p= 0.005) y la
Infección Urinaria (p=0.001) | |
dc.description.abstract | Objective:
to identify the abortion risk factors in women who visited the Regional
Hospital of Loreto. Jan. 1–June 30, 2022
Methodology:
Quantitative and retrospective study, with non-experimental design.
Correlational and cross-sectional, with a sample of 127 women with
confirmed diagnosis of abortion.
Results:
Sociodemographic risk factors identified were: 47.2% were aged between
20 and 29 years, 64.6% cohabiting marital status, 70.1% housewives and
75.6 % from urban origin.
The gynecological and obstetric risk factors identified were: 92.1% without
prenatal care, 63% were multigestational, 59.1% were 8 weeks or less
gestational age and 43.3% with 1 year of inter-gestational period.
The Clinical Factors identified are: 3.9% with Urinary Infection, 36.2% with
anemia and 57.5% with abnormal BMI, predominantly overweight with
41.7%.
Conclusion:
Significant association of abortion with marital status (p=0.002), Prenatal
Care (P=0.005), Intergestational Period (p= 0.005) and Urinary Infection
(p=0.001) was found. | |
