Puesta en valor del mercado central en la zona monumental de la ciudad de Iquitos, Loreto 2021.

Abstract

La historia de un país o pueblo se ve enmarcada por varias circunstancias u objetos, actores que describen características de un conjunto de personas y su paso por este planeta, en la arquitectura son los monumentos los indicadores de sus características de habitabilidad, edificaciones que a través de los años manifiestan parte de la cultura que se va heredando por el tiempo. A través de los años estos monumentos se fueron dejando de lado para dar pase a las nuevas edificaciones con nuevos estilos modernos, acto que dejó a muchas edificaciones en un descuido y a su vez su desaparición, muchos organismos a través del mundo mostraron disconformidad y se empezó a entrelazar alianzas para la preservación de estos edificaciones declaradas monumentos, El Perú no fue ajeno, declarando monumentos a infraestructura que yacían desde el nacimiento de una urbe, en Iquitos muchas edificaciones fueron testigo del crecimiento de esta como ciudad, edificios que perduran hasta hoy. El paso de los años trajo consigo mismo la desidia hacía estos monumentos, hoy muchos son abandonados por motivos humanos o naturales, El Mercado Central de Iquitos es fiel reflejo de esta realidad, por ello en esta tesis propone poner en valor el Mercado, realzando su valía cultural que es parte de nuestra historia, realizando una propuesta arquitectónica que responda a las necesidades de los usuarios dotando de ambientes destinados al buen y correcto uso de sus instalaciones, recuperando la majestuosidad de la monumentalidad que el Mercado Central de Iquitos representa.

The passage of time brought with it the neglect of these monuments, today many are abandoned for human or natural reasons, the Central Market of Iquitos is a true reflection of this reality, so this thesis proposes to value the market, enhancing its cultural value that is part of our history, making an architectural proposal that meets the needs of users by providing environments for the good and proper use of its facilities, recovering the majesty of the monumentality that the Central Market of Iquitos represents.
