Servicios turísticos y la satisfacción del turista en la comunidad ausangate, anexo Pacchanta del distrito de Ocongate provincia de Quispicanchis Cusco - 2023

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS Y LA SATISFACCIÓN DEL TURISTA EN LA COMUNIDAD AUSANGATE, ANEXO PACCHANTA DEL DISTRITO DE OCONGATE PROVINCIA DE QUISPICANCHIS CUSCO - 2023”, la comunidad campesina de Ausangate posee potenciales turísticos como las aguas termales de Pacchanta y sus 7 lagunas las cuales son Qomerqocha, las 2 mellizas, yanaqocha, otorongo macho, otorongo hembra y la laguna más grande que es la laguna de Azulqocha, sin embargo, no se nota el apoyo de la Municipalidad a estos potenciales turísticos ya que, los establecimientos de la comunidad son muy básicos y las familias que brindan servicios de alojamiento y alimentación no reciben capacitaciones acerca de atención al cliente. El objetivo principal fue determinar el nivel de relación del servicio turístico y la satisfacción del turista en la comunidad Ausangate Anexo Pacchanta del Distrito de Ocongate Provincia de Quispicanchis. La metodología fue descriptiva – correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, teniendo una población muestral promedio constituida de 100 pobladores a quienes se les aplicó encuesta y mediante el cuestionario, obteniendo como conclusión que efectivamente el nivel de relación del servicio turístico y la satisfacción del turista en la comunidad Ausangate Anexo Pacchanta del Distrito de Ocongate Provincia de Quispicanchis Cusco-2023, es alto, debido a que se identifica el siguiente coeficiente 0,869 el cual se halla en el intervalo de 0,75 a 0,89 expresando una correlación positiva fuerte, dado que el valor p (0) es menor (0,000) que el nivel usual de significación de 0,05 corroborando la decisión anterior. Es rechazada la hipótesis nula Ho y es aceptada la hipótesis alterna Ha.

The present research work entitled "TOURIST SERVICES AND TOURIST SATISFACTION IN THE AUSANGATE COMMUNITY, PACCHANTA ANNEX OF THE OCONGATE DISTRICT PROVINCE OF QUISPICANCHIS CUSCO - 2023", the Ausangate community has tourist potentials such as the Pacchanta hot springs and its 7 lagoons which are Qomerqocha, the 2 twins, yanaqocha, male otorongo, female otorongo and the largest lagoon that is the Azulqocha lagoon, however, the support of the Municipalityto these tourist potentials is not noticed since, the establishments of the community are very basic and the families that provide lodging and food services do not receive training on customer service. The main objective was to determine the level of relationship between the tourist service and the satisfaction of the tourist in the Ausangate Anexo Pacchanta community of the Ocongate District, Quispicanchis Province. The methodology was descriptive - correlational, of a quantitative approach, of a non-experimental design, having an average sample population made up of 100 residents to whom a survey was applied and through the questionnaire, obtaining as a conclusion that effectively the level of relationship of the tourist service and the Tourist satisfaction in the Ausangate Anexo Pacchanta community of the District of Ocongate Province of Quispicanchis Cusco-2023, is high, because the following coefficient 0.869 is identified, which is in the range of 0.75 to 0.89 expressing a correlation strong positive, given that the p(0) value is less (0.000) than the usual level of significance of 0.05 corroborating the previous decision. The null hypothesis Ho is rejected and the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted.
