dc.description.abstractEl propósito principal de este trabajo de investigación fue implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del Terminal Terrestre Cusco Sicuani S. A. 2021. Para tal efecto se utilizó la metodología de investigación aplicada porque pone en práctica el conocimiento científico, a partir del conocimiento generado por la investigación básica, dónde se identificó los problemas a los que están expuestos los trabajadores y usuarios del Terminal; asimismo por el nivel de investigación fue descriptiva porque se analiza y mide la variable del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo; por otra parte, el diseño de investigación fue experimental longitudinal por cuanto establece las medidas de control para evitar y mitigar los peligros y riesgos de salud durante el periodo de que se realizó en la investigación. Finalmente, según los resultados del procesamiento de los datos recolectados aplicados con las técnicas de la observación, la encuesta y el respectivo instrumento, se logró implementar dicho Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del Terminal Terrestre Cusco Sicuani; consecuentemente, a partir de la capacitación e implementación del personal que presta servicio se logró disminuir y evitar los posibles accidentes que afecten a los usuarios y trabajadores de las diferentes empresas que operan en el Terminal Terrestre, motivo de estudio.
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this research was based on implement a Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the Cusco Sicuani S. A. 2021 Terrestrial Terminal. For this purpose, the applied research methodology was used because it puts into practice, based on the knowledge generated by the basic investigation, where the problems to which the workers and users of the Terminal are exposed were identified; Likewise, due to the level of research, it was descriptive, because the variable of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is analyzed and measured; On the other hand, the research design was experimental in that it establishes control measures to avoid dangers and health risks. Finally, according to the results of the processing of the collected data applied with the techniques of observation, the survey and the respective instrument, it was possible to implement said Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the Cusco Sicuani Terrestrial Terminal; consequently, from the training and implementation of the personnel that provides service, it was possible to reduce and avoid possible accidents that affect the users and workers of the different companies that operate in the Terrestrial Terminal, which is the reason for the study.
dc.description.abstractThis research evaluates the pre-commercial feasibility of a new product in the Cusco market, ecological bricks, manufactured with soil from quarries in the city of Cusco, mixed with an ecological additive called Consolid, whose main contributions to the structural unit are the irreversible agglomeration of the fine particles of the unit and the impermeability of the mixed material. As indicated throughout the investigation, the structural unit to be commercialized goes through a production process that is friendly to the environment, since it does not need to be fired like the conventional bricks produced in the San Jerónimo district, which emit a large amount of polluting gases. to the environment. As a target market, the inhabitants over 30 years of the province of Cusco are selected, who have the need to build or expand their homes. It is planned to commercialize the Ekonladrillo at a unit price of S / .0.72. Based on the Weighted Average method, the appropriate location for the plant was determined, which will be in the San Jerónimo district, near the Picol Orcompucyo sector. The investigation is carried out to determine the necessary requirements for the implementation of a commercial premises for the distribution of Ekonladrillo, identifying the need for a premises of approximately 429.66m2. Regarding the investment required for the project, a total investment of S /. 540,876.17, of which 44.53% will be own investment and 55.47% external financing. By obtaining the information on the required investment and the income projections for the lost of 5 years, we proceed to develop the cash flows, which will help us determine our key indicators for decision making in the project. A VANe greater than 0 and a TIRe greater than the applied interest rate are obtained, on the other hand, the VANf is greater than zero and the VANe and the TIRf is greater than the real rate applied and the TIRe, which indicates that the project is viable and it is advisable to use external financing.
