| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente estudio es identificar la presencia de factores embriotóxicos tempranos como causa de infertilidad.
Se estudia 15 sueros de pacientes divididos en dos grupos: de abortos habituales y con esterilidad sin causa aparente.
Se realizó cultivo de embriones preimplantacionales de ratón que permite identificar en el suero de mujeres agentes embriotóxicos y mutagénicos incompatibles con el desarrollo embrionario. | |
