Sistema de información para la gestión de aprovisionamiento de alimentos del Centro de Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (CEDIF) - Yurimaguas

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada: Sistema de información para la gestión de aprovisionamiento de alimentos del Centro de Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (CEDIF) – Yurimaguas, tuvo como objetivo general, evaluar la influencia del sistema de información en el proceso de aprovisionamiento de alimentos del Centro de Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (CEDIF) – Yurimaguas. Ha sido desarrollado bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación fue aplicada de nivel aplicativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 23 trabajadores quienes eran usuarios finales responsables en el área de los sub procesos de compras e inventario. Las técnicas de recolección de datos usados fueron la observación directa y la encuesta, y los instrumentos fueron la guía de observación y el cuestionario. Los resultados encontrados demuestran que antes de la implementación del sistema de información, el 78.3% de los usuarios ha calificado el proceso de aprovisionamiento de alimentos como deficiente y el 13.0% como regular. Después de la implementación del sistema de información, el 78.3% de los usuarios ha calificado como eficiente y el 13.0% como regular. Se concluye con la aceptación de la hipótesis alterna, por consiguiente, la implementación del sistema de información influyó positivamente en la mejora de los procesos de aprovisionamiento de alimentos en el Centro de Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (CEDIF) – Yurimaguas.

The general objective of this thesis, entitled: Information system for the food procurement management at the Center for Integral Family Development (CEDIF) - Yurimaguas, was to evaluate the influence of the information system on the food procurement process at the Center for Integral Family Development (CEDIF) - Yurimaguas. It has been developed under a quantitative approach; the type of research was applied at an applicative level. The sample consisted of 23 workers who were end users responsible for the purchasing and inventory sub-processes. The data collection techniques used were direct observation and the survey, and the instruments used were the observation guide and the questionnaire. The results found show that before the implementation of the information system, 78.3% of the users rated the food procurement process as deficient and 13.0% as regular. After the implementation of the information system, 78.3% of the users rated it as efficient and 13.0% as regular. It is concluded to accept the alternative hypothesis; therefore, the implementation of the information system positively influenced the improvement of food procurement processes in the Center for Integral Family Development (CEDIF) - Yurimaguas.
