Adherencia terapéutica y funcionalidad familiar en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo 2 atendidos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo periodo 2021

Abstract

El proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si existe asociación entre funcionalidad familiar y la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 atendidos en el hospital Belén de Trujillo. Consiste en un estudio observacional con diseño descriptivo-correlacional. Las variables de estudio es adherencia terapéutica y funcionalidad familiar. La población estará conformada por pacientes de ambos sexos, que acudieron a la consulta externa del Hospital Belén de Trujillo entre el 1 de julio hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2021 que cumplan los criterios de inclusión y exclusión; de ella se tomara como muestra 139 pacientes. Los instrumentos que se emplearan es el cuestionario de Martín-Bayarre-Grau e instrumento de Faces III. Los datos serán procesados utilizando el paquete estadístico SPSS VS 24.0, con los resultados se realizará tablas de distribución de frecuencias de una y doble entrada. Posteriormente se determinará si existe asociación entre las variables utilizando la prueba chi-cuadrado y con el estadístico V de Cramer se cuantificará la magnitud de la asociación.

Abstract

The objective of the research project is to determine if there is an association between family functionality and therapeutic adherence in type 2 diabetic patients treated at the Belén hospital in Trujillo. It consists of an observational study with a descriptive-correlational design. The study variables are therapeutic adherence and family functionality. The population will be made up of patients of both sexes, who attended the outpatient clinic of the Belén Hospital in Trujillo between July 1 and December 31, 2021, who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria; From it, 139 patients will be taken as a sample.
