Propuesta de un procedimiento operativo estándar (POEs) para la preparación de quimioterapia con Metotrexato redosificado en el Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue elaborar una propuesta de un procedimiento operativo estándar (POEs) para la preparación de quimioterapia con metotrexato redosificado en el Hospital de Alta Complejidad Virgen de la Puerta. Se inició con la búsqueda bibliográfica, redacción del primer borrador, lanzamiento del borrador, aprobación y distribución del POEs en donde se encuentra el flujograma con todos los procedimientos correlativos a seguir. El procedimiento inicia con la recepción de la prescripción médica y la validación del tratamiento, así como la programación y etiquetado, seguido del acondicionamiento, para continuar con la preparación de la quimioterapia en la cabina de seguridad biológica, transporte y distribución a los servicios donde se administran concluyendo con la eliminación de residuos, devolución de quimioterapias no usadas y las acciones adecuadas en caso de derrames y/o incidentes. ABSTRACT The objective of this research work was to develop a proposal for a standard operating procedure (POEs) for the preparation of chemotherapy with redosed methotrexate at the Virgen de la Puerta High Complexity Hospital. It began with the bibliographic search, writing the first draft, launching the draft, approval and distribution of the SOP where the Flow Chart is found with all the correlative procedures to follow.
