Plan estratégico institucional y el desarrollo humano de los servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Distrital de Huamachuco 2013.

Abstract

The present research is referred to design the Institutional Strategic Plan, for which we posed the question, "How the Institutional Strategic Plan, contributes Human Development Public Servants Huamachuco District Municipality, 2013 ? ", being the hypothesis as follows: Institutional Strategic Plan contributes to increasing human development in health, education and technology Public Servants Huamachuco District Municipality, 2013, which has been confirmed by the results obtained. As the object of investigation that Huamachuco District Municipality, which does not have an Institutional Strategic Plan to improve the quality of life in the Public Servants raised Institutional propose a Strategic Plan to improve the Human Development Public Servants Huamachuco District Municipality. To collect the data we created two data collection instruments, Survey applied to Public Servants Huamachuco District Municipality and Interview which was applied to the Managers of the District Municipality of Huamachuco. As a result we obtained the following conclusion: Finally we conclude objectively that the Institutional Strategic Plan is very important in the District Municipality of Huamachuco because it will allow to improve the quality of life of Public Servants.
