dc.description.abstractThis research aims to present the benefits of using vouchers as part of consumption Compensation of employees of a cement company in Peru. This system perform different Bill Payment is an alternative that employers can be checked for resource optimization and savings in their companies, more so if it is like the cement companies, with a high labor force and often generate large concepts remunerative costs. By applying this system, the company, while achieving a reduction in labor costs to deliver consumer vouchers, may provide an extra benefit to their workers, motivating and taking security to be used for the welfare of this and his family. That is why this research attempts to propose a Payroll Payment System, which can demonstrate the ability to minimize costs, integrating new work processes in a cement company in Peru.
