Factores sociodemográficos maternos relacionados con el crecimiento en niños en un jardín de infancia estatal

Abstract

La presente indagación de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo y nivel correlacional, tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores sociodemográficos maternos: sociales, económicos y culturales relacionados con el crecimiento en niños, de la Institución Educativa Inicial 1886 Catalina en el 2023. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 madres de familia y 60 niños, aplicando dos instrumentos para recabar los datos, el cuestionario dirigido a la variable Factores sociodemográficos maternos y la ficha de registros de datos dirigido a la variable crecimiento del niño. En los resultados se observó que, la edad de la madre, el grado de instrucción, vivienda y hogar, ocupación, ingresos económicos, servicios, lactancia materna, horas de sueño del menor, alimentación de la madre y el menor y actividades del menor fueron factores sociodemográficos atribuidos al crecimiento. Concluyendo que todos los factores se asocian significativamente al crecimiento del niño (p < 0.05).

The present investigation of a basic type, quantitative approach and correlational level, aimed to determine the maternal sociodemographic factors: social, economic and cultural related to growth in children, of the Initial Educational Institution 1886 Catalina in 2023. The sample was made up of 60 mothers and 60 children, applying two instruments to collect data, the questionnaire aimed at the variable Maternal sociodemographic factors and the data record sheet aimed at the child's growth variable. The results showed that the age of the mother, the level of education, housing and home, occupation, economic income, services, breastfeeding, hours of sleep of the minor, nutrition of the mother and the minor and activities of the minor were sociodemographic factors attributed to growth. Concluding that all factors are significantly associated with child growth (p < 0.05).
