Estudio de métodos de trabajo en el proceso de llenado de tolva para mejorar la productividad de la empresa agrosemillas don benjamín e.i.r.l.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the productivity in the production area of the company Agrosemillas Don Benjamin E.I.R.L., using the study of methods of work in the process of filling hopper. Initially, the current distribution data warehouse was collected; then developing a proposed distribution that minimizes the distances and routes time. Analysis of current working method, allowed to propose an alternative to the implementation of equipment to facilitate operators work and reduce the time required to carry out the filling hopper. A times study with chronometer was realized to set the time standard to work with the proposed improved working methods; and sampling work on the cleanup activity in the latter part of the production process as it was observed that the time spent on this activity is assigned without a study that substantiate and secondly the proposal developed can spend less time on this activity. The proposed method was diagrammed and analyzed and then compared with the current method to check their effect on business productivity. Economic analysis demonstrated the feasibility of the project, to achieve positive results. The results indicate that the proposed improvements applied to the process of filling hopper and the implications that demand is achieved increase by 1.90% of the production process productivity.
