Muestreo de aceptación por atributos del producto terminado Ciprofloxacino 500mg + Fenazopiridina , de una droguería de la ciudad de Trujillo, setiembre 2021

Abstract

El presente informe tuvo como objetivo identificar el nivel de aceptación del producto terminado de Ciprofloxacino 500mg + Fenazopiridina de 100mg x100 tabletas, después del muestreo de aceptación por atributos de una droguería de la ciudad de Trujillo, setiembre 2021, para garantizar el sistema de calidad se deben cumplir con los manuales Buenas Prácticas de Almacenamiento(BPA), Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura(BPM), Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio (BPL). Después de realizar el muestreo de aceptación se tabularon los resultados y se concluyó que del laboratorio estudiado el lote N°25633, utilizando el método estándar internacional ISO 2859-1(ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003) y el cual presentó un defecto de no relevancia. Concluyéndose así que los lotes evaluados son aceptados y aptos para su distribución y comercialización.

ABSTRACT The objective of this report was to identify the level of acceptance of the finished product of Ciprofloxacin 500mg + Phenazopyridine 100mg x100 tablets, after the acceptance sampling by attributes of a drugstore in the city of Trujillo, September 2021, to guarantee the quality system they must comply with the Good Storage Practices (BPA), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) manuals. After carrying out the acceptance sampling, the results were tabulated and it was concluded that from the laboratory studied lot No. 25633, using the international standard method ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003) and which presented a defect of not relevance. Thus concluding that the lots evaluated are accepted and suitable for distribution and marketing.
