De clases virtuales a prácticas preprofesionales: Vivencias de internas de enfermería de una Universidad Pública

Abstract

La presente investigación es un estudio de tipo cualitativo de diseño fenomenológico, con objetivo de analizar comprensivamente las vivencias de los internos de enfermería de una Universidad Pública, en relación a la transición de las clases virtuales a las prácticas preprofesionales. El escenario fue la Escuela de Enfermería, de la Facultad de Enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (UNT) - Sede Trujillo. Los sujetos de estudio fueron los internos de enfermería en el periodo 2022 -2023 de la UNT, se seleccionaron 10 internos de enfermería por el método conveniencia, cumpliendo los criterios de selección, y determinados por saturación de discurso. La técnica de recolección de los datos fue la entrevista a profundidad, así mismo, el análisis de los datos se trabajó con la técnica hermenéutica controlada, construyéndose 6 unidades de significado. Las cuales se usaron al realizar el análisis vago y mediano, y posteriormente, el análisis hermenéutico. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron que el Dasein de los internos de enfermería estaban arrojados al mundo durante el internado pues llegaban a un periodo desconocido, y no se sentían preparados, desarrollando temor y angustia por falta de experticia procedimental, llevando su inautenticidad; sin embargo, con el trascurrir del tiempo, el cuidado del personal de salud, y la rotación por los servicios de emergencia y el II nivel de atención en salud, lograron adaptarse, desarrollando su autenticidad, develándose el fenómeno vivenciado: “Es una prueba de fuego”. Por último, se tuvo en cuenta los principios éticos y el rigor científico durante toda la investigación

The present research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological design, with the objective of comprehensively analyzing the experiences of nursing interns at a Public University, in relation to the transition from virtual classes to pre-professional practices. The setting was the School of Nursing, of the Faculty of Nursing of the National University of Trujillo (UNT) - Trujillo Campus. The study subjects were the nursing interns in the 2022-2023 period of the UNT, 10 nursing interns were selected by the convenience method, meeting the selection criteria, and determined by discourse saturation. The data collection technique was the in-depth interview, likewise, the data analysis was worked with the controlled hermeneutic technique, constructing 6 units of meaning. Which were used when performing the vague and medium analysis, and subsequently, the hermeneutic analysis. The results obtained indicated that the Dasein of the nursing interns were thrown into the world during the internship because they arrived at an unknown period, and they did not feel prepared, developing fear and anxiety due to lack of procedural expertise, carrying their inauthenticity; However, with the passage of time, the care of the health personnel, and the rotation through the emergency services and the II level of health care, they managed to adapt, developing their authenticity, revealing the phenomenon experienced: “It is proof of fire". Finally, ethical principles and scientific rigor were taken into account throughout the research
