T The aim of this study, is to apply a multidimensional measurement of poverty, in the Miramar Town, in the district of Moche, Trujillo Province, based on a survey in this town in July of 2012, so that our results get closer to a real environment, compared to conventional measuring system of our country. The main results suggest that using this methodology, we have higher levels of poverty than with conventional methodology called "Poverty Line", being the result of poverty: 78.49% versus to: 64.16%. Noting that the use of multidimensional poverty methodology is more efficient than the conventional measurement (poverty line).
