Colestasis gestacional intrahepática como factor asociado a riesgo de pérdida de bienestar fetal en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray - Trujillo

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar si la colestasis gestacional intrahepática es un factor asociado a riesgo de pérdida de bienestar fetal en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – Trujillo, para lo que se realizó un estudio de tipo observacional, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño tipo cohorte retrospectiva. Cada cohorte estuvo compuesta de 306 historias clínicas de gestantes hospitalizadas en el Servicio de Gineco-obstetricia del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray – Trujillo, cuyo parto fue atendido entre enero 2018 a diciembre 2022 con y sin diagnóstico de colestasis gestacional intrahepática respectivamente. Con el objetivo verificar posibles asociaciones entre las variables se utilizará la prueba de Chi cuadrado y para evaluar el riesgo, se empleará el Riesgo Relativo con un intervalo de confianza del 95%.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to determine if intrahepatic gestational cholestasis is a factor associated with the risk of loss of fetal well-being at the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital - Trujillo, for which an observational study was carried out, with a quantitative approach and a retrospective cohort design. Each cohort was made up of 306 medical records of pregnant women hospitalized in the Gynecology-Obstetrics Service of the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital - Trujillo, whose birth was attended between January 2018 to December 2022 with and without a diagnosis of intrahepatic gestational cholestasis respectively. In order to verify possible associations between the variables, the Chi square test will be used and to evaluate the risk, the Relative Risk will be used with a 95% confidence interval.
