Efecto cicatrizante de una crema a base de extracto etanólico del tubérculo de Solanum tuberosum L. variedad “huayro” sobre heridas inducidas en Mus musculus BALB/c

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar el efecto cicatrizante de una crema a base de extracto etanólico del tubérculo de Solanum tuberosum L. variedad “Huayro” sobre heridas inducidas en Mus musculus BALB/c. Se identificó la planta de S. tuberosum (papa) variedad Huayro, se obtuvo el extracto con el cual se elaboró una crema al 0,5%; se trabajó con 15 ratonas divididas en tres grupos: control (GC) con herida y sin tratamiento, control estándar (GCE) con herida y tratado con ungüento comercial y, experimental (GEH) con herida y tratado con crema de extracto de papa al 0,5%; se midieron las heridas y se obtuvo el porcentaje de cicatrización (PC); los datos se analizaron con una prueba ANOVA y Tukey, ambas con un 95% de confianza. A los siete días se obtuvo el PC, formándose dos grupos homogéneos: a (GC = 60,00 ± 7,91 %) y b (GPH = 69,20 ± 0,84 % con GCE = 76,40 ± 4,16 %); con los PC a los nueve días se formaron dos grupos homogéneos: a (GC = 84,40 ± 4,39 %) y b (GCE = 96,20 ± 1,30 % con GPH = 100,00 ± 0,00 %). Se determinó el efecto cicatrizante de la crema a base de extracto etanólico del tubérculo de Solanum tuberosum L. variedad “huayro” al 0,5%; esta crema produce aumento en la velocidad de cicatrización de la piel de ratón BALB/c.

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the healing effect of a cream based on ethanolic extract of the tuber of Solanum tuberosum L. variety "Huayro" on wounds induced in Mus musculus BALB/c.
