Gestión logística y calidad de servicio de la Municipalidad Provincial Sánchez Carrión – Huamachuco 2021, en pandemia

Abstract

El desarrollo del presente trabajo de investigación, se planteó como objetivo general, determinar la incidencia de la Gestión Logística en la Calidad de Servicio en la Municipalidad Provincial de Sánchez Carrión – Huamachuco 2021, la investigación realizada de acuerdo a su alcance es de tipo descriptiva, no experimental, se utilizó el Método Inductivo–Deductivo, Método Hipotético–Deductivo, como técnica de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta, para validar los instrumentos de recolección de datos, se utilizó el método Juicio de expertos y, para medir la confiabilidad de los mismos instrumentos, se aplicó el Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose 0, 849 para el instrumento de recolección de datos de ambas variables, y para la variable Gestión logística, un alfa igual 0, 720, para la variable Calidad de servicio, se determinó un alfa igual a 0, 747; la población estuvo conformada por 497 servidores, de la cual se obtuvo una muestra representativa de 115 servidores, a dicha muestra se le aplicó los instrumentos de recolección de datos, y con los datos obtenidos se pudo cumplir con los objetivos de la investigación, contrastar la hipótesis de investigación, obtener las conclusiones y plantear las recomendaciones, obteniéndose como principal resultado que, la Gestión Logística incide positivamente en la Calidad de Servicio de la Municipalidad Provincial de Sánchez Carrión – Huamachuco 2021.

ABSTRACT The development of this research work was carried out having the Provincial Municipality of Sánchez Carrión, of the La Libertad Region, as a study entity, with the general objective of determining the incidence of Logistics Management and Service Quality in the Provincial Municipality of Sánchez Carrión - Huamachuco 2021, the research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, not experimental, the Inductive-Deductive Method, Hypothetical-Deductive Method was used, as a data collection technique the survey was used to validate the instruments For data collection, the Expert Judgment method was used and, to measure the reliability of the same instruments, Cronbach's Alpha was applied, obtaining 0.849 for the data collection instrument of both variables, and for the Management variable. logistics, an alpha equal to 0.720, for the quality of service variable, an alpha equal to 0.747 was determined; The population was made up of 497 servers, from which a representative sample of 115 servers was obtained, to said sample the data collection instruments were applied, and with the data obtained it was possible to meet the objectives of the investigation, contrast the research hypothesis, obtain the conclusions and propose the recommendations, obtaining as the main result that Logistics Management positively affects the Quality of Service of the Provincial Municipality of Sánchez Carrión - Huamachuco 2021.
