Centro de Artes Circenses

Abstract

El presente documento muestra la investigación necesaria para el desarrollo del Centro de Artes Circenses, situado en el distrito de Villa el Salvador. Se expresa la problemática existente y los objetivos a desarrollar para la realización del proyecto arquitectónico. A su vez se definen los alcances y limitaciones a considerar en el diseño del mismo.

La investigación está centrada en marcos teóricos y conceptuales que introducen al tema de estudio. Se realiza un análisis profundo de proyectos referenciales, el lugar, el terreno, el usuario, la programación arquitectónica y aspectos tecnológicos los cuales son el punto de partida para la definición del proyecto.

This document shows the necessary research for the development of the Circus Arts Center, located in the Villa El Salvador district. It expresses the existing problem and the objectives to be developed for the realization of the architectural project. At the same time, the scope and limitations to be considered in its design are defined.

The research is focused on theoretical and conceptual frameworks that introduce the subject of study. There is an in-depth analysis of referential projects, the place, the land, the user, the architectural programming and technological aspects which are the starting point for the definition of the project.
