Plan de negocios para la ampliación del servicio para la Escuela de Canto Bemol & Medio - Servicios Musicales: corrección de problemas en el lenguaje mediante el canto dirigido a aficionados y profesionales

Abstract

El presente trabajo propone la intervención a la escuela de canto Bemol & Medio Servicios Musicales, tratándose de incluir dentro de ella un servicio innovador presencial y personalizado, basado en la técnica vocal, para la corrección de problemas del habla, particularmente: dislalia funcional, con el fin de lograr una buena interpretación, en cuanto a sonoridad, vocalización, postura, transmisión de emociones y desarrollo artístico.

En el primer capítulo se verá la justificación del modelo de negocio, que parte de un deseo por salvaguardar la salud vocal de alumnos de la propia escuela, para luego conocer los objetivos a lograr para con el alumno que padece dislalia funcional. En el segundo capítulo, se expondrá el Marco Teórico del proyecto, que contiene fuentes debidamente citadas acerca de la Dislalia Funcional en adultos y el trabajo con ellos; además de conocer los antecedentes de la Escuela Bemol y Medio, su situación actual y reacción frente a la pandemia ocasionada por la COVID-19. El capítulo tercero presentará el Diseño Metodológico del proyecto, que tratará sobre la misión, visión, objetivos, además del análisis del mercado actual, las actividades de marketing y estrategias operativas, así como el cronograma y resultados financieros. Finalmente, se plantearán las conclusiones del mismo, para conocer las limitaciones y prospectivas que hemos identificado a lo largo del trabajo.

The present work proposes the intervention to the singing school Bemol & Medio Musical Services, trying to include within it an innovative face-to-face and personalized service, based on vocal technique, for the correction of speech problems, particularly: functional dyslalia, with in order to achieve a good interpretation, in terms of sound, vocalization, posture, transmission of emotions and artistic development.

In the first chapter, the justification of the business model will be seen, which starts from a desire to safeguard the vocal health of students from the school itself, and then to know the objectives to be achieved for the student who suffers from functional dyslalia. In the second chapter, the Theoretical Framework of the project will be presented, which contains duly cited sources about Functional Dyslalia in adults and work with them; in addition to knowing the background of the Bemol & Medio Musical Services, its current situation and reaction to the pandemic caused by COVID-19. The third chapter will present the Methodological Design of the project, which will deal with the mission, vision, objectives, as well as the analysis of the current market, marketing activities and operational strategies, as well as the schedule and financial results. Finally, the conclusions of the same will be raised, to know the limitations and prospects that we have identified throughout the work.
