| dc.description | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la configuración óptima de la estructura de arrastre. Para esto, se realizará un análisis por elementos finitos del cual se obtendrá la distribución de esfuerzos y deformaciones.
La tesis comienza por una revisión de estructuras típicas de sistemas de arrastre, a continuación, se elige una estructura base sobre la cual se aplicarán parámetros a los elementos principales que conforma los distintos elementos estructurales. Se desarrollo el modelo geométrico en RHINOCEROS y posteriormente se obtuvieron los resultados de esfuerzo y deformación para cada estructura de los cuales se determinará la configuración optima basándose en el peso y la capacidad de arrastre de cada sistema. Adicionalmente se discuten los efectos de cada parámetro seleccionado y se presentan las conclusiones. | |
| dc.description | The objective of this work is to determine the optimum configuration of the trawler structure. For this purpose, a finite element analysis will be performed to obtain the stress and deformation distribution.
The thesis begins with a review of typical structures of trawler systems, then, a base structure is chosen on which parameters will be applied to the main elements that make up the different structural elements. The geometric model was developed in RHINOCEROS and then the stress and deformation results were obtained for each structure from which the optimum configuration will be determined based on the weight and drag capacity of each system. Additionally, the effects of each selected parameter are discussed, and conclusions are presented. | |
