Conclusion: Therefore, it is crucial to focus on prevention and education regarding healthy dietary choices, promotion of regular physical activity, and raising awareness among the population about the risks associated with obesity.en-US

Metodologia: revisão bibliográfica, sobre a obesidade infantil e na adolescência, segundo a visão da neurociência e os problemas de coluna. Conclusão: Sendo assim, é fundamental que ocorra a prevenção e educação sobre escolhas alimentares saudáveis, promoção da atividade física regular e conscientização da população sobre os riscos associados à obesidade.es-ES
